Jonathan Richards
Managing Director
Pro Legal is led by Jonathan Richards, Managing Director and an experienced solicitor. Jonathan has extensive experience of managing successful teams and technical experience of managing and handling disease and illness claims. Jonathan and his team bring extensive legal and insurance market expertise to every case they manage. Working in close collaboration with Pro Global’s claims specialists, Jonathan and his team support clients with insight-led litigation management and drive continuous service improvement to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Liam Gannon
Legal Director
Liam Gannon, Legal Director, leads Pro Legal’s Abuse team. Liam is a solicitor with extensive experience across complex and sensitive matters, including historic sexual and physical abuse claims, including failure to remove (FTR) cases, deprivation of liberty, and clinical setting claims. He is skilled in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents, advising on vicarious liability, instructs Counsel, and represents clients at trial. He also provides support to teams managing stress and FTR matters.
Liam was previously a Team Leader in a disease-focused legal team, where he managed a broad caseload including NIHL, HAVS, WRULD, dermatitis, asthma, and stress. In this capacity, he supervised junior team members, led client relationships, and conducted nationwide site inspections.
